THE INKSPOT
Steeped in heritage, our home at The Inkspot is one of Leeks oldest and most iconic buildings, dating back to the 1860s. Long regarded as a landmark within the community, it continues to stand proudly in the heart of the town, now restored and reimagined for a new chapter. Founded by Ozgur Yeter in 2025, The Inkspot brings fresh life to the town's former Silk Mill while honouring its rich past. The redesign blends contemporary comfort with timeless character, celebrating Leeks history as a traditional market town.
Inside, you will find a collection of beautifully renovated spaces inspired by the buildings history as the original home of the Leek Times. The Writers Lounge, The Drawing Room, The Ink Room and The Press Room each blend modern comfort with historic charm, creating a unique setting for every visit.
Our aim is simple: to offer a place where both locals and visitors feel at home. Every detail at The Inkspot has been shaped with the community in mind, ensuring an experience grounded in comfort, quality and genuine hospitality.
Our bar features a curated selection of cask ales and IPAs, an extensive wine list, a wide range of gins and malt whiskies and a food menu crafted to complement every drink.
